Noëlle was born and (mostly) raised in Normal, IL. She lived 5 years in France as a child and holds dual citizenship, as she was born to a French mom. She, herself, is mom to one human, Anaïs, who is 8 years old, and also a mom to two kitties- Chloe (10 years old) and Zelda (9 years old). Noëlle is a foodie, loves nature in all forms, and is a budding artist. She is excited to grow and learn as a member of the TSVC team!
