CVT

Born in California and raised in Arizona, she’s known since she was five years old that she wanted to work in veterinary medicine. That passion only grew during her time in the West-MEC Veterinary Assistant program. Completing her internship helped her see how veterinarians and veterinary technicians work together, and while she once pictured herself as a veterinarian focusing on surgery, she found she really enjoyed the hands-on skills and lab work that veterinary technicians do every day. She earned her AVA certification in 2022 through West-MEC, then transferred her credits to Mesa Community College’s Veterinary Technology program. She graduated in May 2025 and earned her CVT license soon after. Now, she’s especially excited about the possibility of specializing in veterinary dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys grooming her dogs, Teddy and Princess, going to the gym, doing her nails, and binge-watching her favorite shows and movies—she’s a big Stranger Things and Marvel fan. She also loves going to see new releases with her parents and spending quality time with her friends and family.
