14 years ago, we rescued a little dog we named him Blackie, never knowing just how much love, happiness, and memories he would bring into our lives.
Blackie was strong, adorable, loving, and caring. He loved exploring, running, and enjoying every moment he had with the people he loved. More than anything, he loved our family and our family loved him with all our hearts.
For 14 years, Blackie wasn’t just a dog. He was family. He was there for the good days, the hard days, and all the little moments in between. He gave us a kind of unconditional love that we’ll carry with us forever.
It’s hard to say goodbye to a friend who gave us so many beautiful memories. But we’re grateful that we got to be his family, and even more grateful that he got to be ours.
